Please do not come to my house to pay your taxes unannounced. If you
cannot come to any of the above times and do not feel comfortable
mailing your payment through the post office,
please call first to make an appointment.

Installment payments: you may extend one-half of your real estate
taxes to July 31, 2012 on
certain parcels with the first installment paid no later than January
31, 2012 to the Town Treasurer. Please make this check or money order
payable to the Town of Lebanon.

The balance must be sent directly to and made payable to the Dodge
County Treasurer, Courthouse, Juneau, WI 53039, by July 31, 2012. No
reminder will be sent, so be sure to mark your calendar. Please
enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your receipts from the
county. With budget cuts the county may not return them without an
envelope.

If you feel that you are eligible to receive the lottery credit and it
is not on the tax bill which includes your primary residence call me
and I will get you the proper forms.

Dog licenses: all dogs five months or older living in the Town of
Lebanon must be licensed by
March 31, 2012. A late fee of $5 will be collected if the owner does
not obtain a license by that date. If a new dog is acquired after that
date, you must obtain a license within 30 days. Rates are $5.00 for
neutered males or spayed females; $10 for unneutered or unspayed.
State Law requires all dog owners to provide a
current rabies certificate of vaccination. If you have a renter with a
dog, please give them notice of these requirements.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. This year you
may also contact me by email at lebanontowntreas@gmail.com if you have
any questions or concerns.

Thank you and Happy Holidays.
Sincerely,
Jon Schoenike
