ADDITIONAL TOWN BOARD MEETING – LEBANON TOWN OFFICES
THURSDAY, September 8, 2011  6:30 p.m. to 6:48 p.m.

Members Present:  Chair Lohny Fredrick, Supervisor LeRoy Tietz, and
Clerk Deborah Behl.  

Pledge:  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Public Notice:  Clerk reported that agendas were posted on September
6, 2011 and one more name was added to the operator license list on
September 7, 2011.

Public Comment:  None at this time.  

Minutes & Treasurer’s Report:  MOTION: (Fredrick, Tietz):  To dispense
with the Minutes and Treasurer’s Report.  Carried on voice vote.

Operator License:  MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz):  To approve a new
Operator’s License for Ilene M. Hinojosa for the term ending June 30,
2012.  Carried on voice vote with no negatives.

Operator Licenses:  MOTION (Tietz, Fredrick):  To approve new Operator
Licenses for Karri L. Krambs, Cheryl K. Hanke-Kramer, and Carl W.
Templer for the term ending June 30, 2012.  Carried on voice vote with
no negatives.

Additional Monthly Bills for payment:  MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz):  To
pay bills in the amount of $1,710.71.  Carried on voice vote.

Board Member Reports:  A motorcycle ride for cancer fundraising would
like to make a stop in Lebanon at the Fire Station/Town South and East
parking lots on September 24.  They will bring in their own
port-a-potties.  Consensus of Board to allow this.

Future Agenda Items:  Confirmed that Board budget meetings will be on
October 11 and 12 both nights at 7:00 pm.

Adjournment:  MOTION (Tietz, Fredrick) to adjourn.  Carried.
