ADDITIONAL TOWN BOARD MEETING - LEBANON TOWN OFFICES MONDAY, June 27, 2011 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. MINUTES page 1 of 2 Members Present: Chair Lohny Fredrick, Supervisors Todd Wilson and LeRoy Tietz, Clerk Deborah Behl. Officer Jamie Buelter was present to answer any questions about license applicants. Joining at 7:05 pm was Treasurer Jon Schoenike. Pledge: The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Public Notice: Clerk reported that agendas were posted on June 23, 2011. Public Comment: None at this time. Minutes & Treasurer’s Report: MOTION: (Fredrick, Wilson): To dispense with the minutes and Treasurer’s Report. Carried on voice vote. Operator’s License Renewals: Consensus of Board to layover the application from Timothy J. Miller. MOTION (Wilson, Tietz): To approve Operator’s License Renewals for the term of one year from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for the following people: Boyd, Brent J. Kemnitz, Kurt S. Snyder, Patricia A. Boyd, Bruce J. Masullo, Michele C. Spangler, Matthew J. Braunschweig, Warren W. Miller, Lewis E. Stacey, Tina N. Braunschweig, Wesley F. Nass, Lester R. Tietz, Jonathon R. Class A License: MOTION (Tietz, Fredrick): To approve a Class A combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and intoxicating liquors for consumption away from the premises for the term of one year from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for: R-Station, LLC. N894 County Road R, Watertown, Section 29 Rachel Smith, agent - W4195 County Road O, Watertown, WI 53098 Carried on voice vote without negative votes. N1749 County Road R, Lebanon, Section 8 Leah L. Uttech, agent - 441 Sandy Lane, Hustisford, WI 53034 Carried on voice vote without negative votes. Class B License: MOTION (Fredrick, Wilson): To approve a Retail Class B combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and intoxicating liquors for consumption at the premises for the term of one year from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for: Paul M. DeAngelis, Jr. - S68 W18053 Island Drive, Muskego, WI 53150 - for Roadhouse Gentlemen’s Club at N866 County Rd R, Watertown, Section 29 Carried on voice vote without negative votes. Class B License: MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): To approve a Retail Class B combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and intoxicating liquors for consumption at the premises for the term of one year from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for: Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department - Ben Tietz, agent - W4668 /county MM, Lebanon For Ballfield Concession Stand at Lebanon Firemen’s Park N2025 County Rd. R, Section 8 Carried on voice vote without negative votes. Cigarette Licenses: MOTION (Wilson, Tietz): To approve Retail Cigarette Licenses to sell cigarettes/tobacco over the counter for the term of one year from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for the following three places: R-Station, LLC - N894 County Road R, Watertown, Section 29 Lebanon Sport Haus - LLC N1749 County Road R, Lebanon, Section 8 Universal Cooperative Association - N1754 County Road R, Lebanon Sec 8 Mobile Home Park License: MOTION (Fredrick, Wilson): To renew the Mobile Home Park License for Hidden Meadows Condominium Association for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Carried on voice vote without negative votes. Board Member Reports: Brent Boyd addressed the Board on the following: - Target date for Dodge County compliance with the FCC 2013 Narrow Band mandate has been set for April 2012. Lebanon is not compliant with one radio and the two sirens. - Letter from Payne and Dolan regarding the quality of their work. - An engineering firm is gathering information on the impact of closing the Upham Road railroad crossing and how it would affect local governmental services. Both Brent and Lohny have spoken to him and especially addressed flooding concerns as this is the only exit for the residents on Lanon Road during times of flooding.
