ADDITIONAL TOWN BOARD MEETING – LEBANON TOWN OFFICES
TUESDAY, July 26, 2011   8:45 p.m. to 10:25 p.m.

Members Present:  Chair Lohny Fredrick, Supervisors Todd Wilson and
LeRoy Tietz,     Clerk Deborah Behl, and Treasurer Jon Schoenike.  

Pledge:  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Public Notice:  Clerk reported that agendas were posted on July 22,
2011.

Public Comment:  None at this time.  

Minutes & Treasurer’s Report:  MOTION: (Fredrick, Wilson):  To
dispense with the minutes and Treasurer’s Report.  Carried on voice
vote.

Letter of Intent – Grosenick Farm, Inc.:  MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): 
To approve Minor Land Division Letter of Intent #072111 to divide a
portion of tax parcel #026-0916-0643-000 lying west of County Road EM
in the SW ¼  SE ¼ Section 6 from the total 217 acres owned
by Grosenick Farms Inc. (Dallas Grosenick).  Carried on voice vote
without negative votes.

Lebanon Fire Dept. Class B combination license: MOTION: (Tietz,
Wilson):  To accept the surrender of the Lebanon Fire Department’s
Retail Class B combination license to sell fermented malt beverages
and intoxicating liquors.  Carried on voice vote with no negatives.

Resolution L-11-K:  MOTION: (Tietz, Fredrick):  To adopt Resolution
L-11-K:  Sale of Fermented Malt Beverages by Town Employees in Town
Parks.  Carried on voice vote with no negative votes.

CDBG – Monroe Road Project:  Final completion papers have been
finished.  We are now waiting for an on-site audit of the project. 
Consensus of Board to pay Town of Ashippun for their share of the
project costs at our regular August Board meeting.

Bills for payment:  None at this time.

Board Member Reports:  LeRoy Tietz reported about a complaint he
received about the ditch cleaning on Wiley Road.  The matter will be
referred to the Highway Superintendent. 
Behl reported that the money from the Groundhogs Day blizzard disaster
has been received from FEMA.  

Future Agenda Items:  CSM for Grosenick land division.
