LEBANON TOWN BOARD MEETING
LEBANON TOWN OFFICES
WEDNESDAY, December 22, 2010   7:10 p.m. to 11:43 p.m.
MINUTES
	
Members Present:  Chair Lohny Fredrick, Supervisors Todd Wilson and
LeRoy Tietz,     Clerk Deborah Behl and Treasurer Jon Schoenike.

Pledge:  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Public Notice:  Clerk reported that agendas were posted on December
16, 2010.

Public Comment:  No public comment at this time. Agenda approved by
consensus.

Minutes & Treasurer’s Report:  MOTION: (Wilson, Fredrick) to dispense
with the minutes and Treasurer’s Report.  Carried on voice vote.

Review and Approve per Diem and Expense Reports: 
-	Motion: (Fredrick, Wilson) to approve the expense report and 5 per
diems for Treasurer Jon Schoenike.  Carried on voice vote.  
-	Motion: (Fredrick, Tietz) to approve the expense report and 12 per
diems for Clerk Deborah Behl.  Carried on voice vote.
-	Motion: (Fredrick, Wilson) to approve the expense reports for all
Board members and the per diems as follows:  Fredrick 26, Wilson 24,
and Tietz 28.  Carried on voice vote.
-	Motion: (Fredrick, Tietz) to approve the expense report and 8 per
diems for Land Division Officer Dave Gettelman.  Carried on voice
vote.
-	Motion: (Fredrick, Wilson) to approve Planning Committee Member per
diems as follows:  Mary Welles 5 and Kevin Zubke 5. Carried on voice
vote.
-	Motion: (Fredrick, Tietz) to approve Park Committee Member per diems
as follows:  Delbert Maas 10, Carrie Butler 7, Shari Uecker 10, Joan
Babbitt 11, and Larry Uttech 8. Carried on voice vote.

Recess to Christmas Party:  at 8:10 pm. No official action was taken
during this time.  
Reconvene Meeting:  The meeting was reconvened at 10:30 pm.  

Board Member Reports:  Tietz and Wilson reported on a recent WTA
seminar they attended regarding land division and use issues.  Board
will review ordinances and propose updates early next year.    

Budget Transfers:  MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz):  To adopt Resolution
L-10-J:  Transfer of funds in the 2010 budget.  Carried on voice
vote.

Additional Monthly Bills:  Additional bills for the month were
reviewed.  MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz) to pay bills, including already
approved per diems and officer expense reports, in the amount of
$38,590.43.  Carried by voice vote.

Future Agenda Items:  Put change in ownership of Sport Haus on the
next agenda.

Adjournment:  MOTION (Tietz, Fredrick) to adjourn.  Carried.
