LEBANON TOWN BOARD MEETING - LEBANON TOWN OFFICES WEDNESDAY, December 14, 2011 6:08 pm to 12:52 am MINUTES page 1 of 2 Members Present: Chair Lohny Fredrick, Supervisors Todd Wilson and LeRoy Tietz, Clerk Deborah Behl and Treasurer Jon Schoenike arriving at 6:45 pm Pledge: The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Public Notice: Clerk reported that agendas were posted on Friday, December 9, 2011. Public Comment: No public comment at this time. Minutes & Treasurer’s Report: MOTION: (Wilson, Tietz) to dispense with the minutes and Treasurer’s Report. Carried on voice vote. Frohling/Universal CSM: MOTION: (Fredrick, Wilson) to approve the CSM for the Frohling/Universal Co-op land division on County Road R. Carried on voice vote with no negatives. Robert Dobbratz Letter of Intent: Dobbratz presented his plans to the Board. Board expressed their concern over jagged lot lines. Mr. Dobbratz officially withdrew his Letter of Intent #110311. MOTION: (Fredrick, Tietz) to refund $200.00 of the $250.00 Letter of Intent fee paid by Mr. Dobbratz. Carried on voice vote with no negatives. Election Officials: MOTION: (Fredrick, Tietz) to appoint the following people to the position of Election Official Pursuant to s. 7.30(4), Wis. Stat., to serve a two year term beginning January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2013: Dolores Bartee, Jacquelyne Baylor, Kim Budewitz, Patricia Cunderman, Peggy Drews, Judith Galbraith, David Gettelman, Erica Grosenick, Doris Korth, Karen Kuehl, Laura Maas, Pennie May, Doris Nass, Lester Nass, Pettronella Simons, Elda Tietz, Warren Tietz, Carole Vawter, Judith VonRueden, Mary Welles, Joan Wilson, Meredith Zoller, and Shirley Zwieg. Carried on voice vote with no negatives. Review and Approve per Diem and Expense Reports: - Motion: (Fredrick, Tietz) to approve the expense report and 5 per diems for Treasurer Jon Schoenike, the expense report and 15 per diems for Clerk Deborah Behl, the expense report and 12 per diems for Land Division Officer Dave Gettelman, the Park Committee Member per diems as follows: Delbert Maas – 9 perdiems, Shari Uecker – 8 per diems. - Motion: (Fredrick, Tietz) to approve the expense reports for all Board members and the per diems as follows: Fredrick 33, Wilson 24, Tietz 31, and to amend the Treasurer’s per diems to 7. Carried on voice vote with no negatives. - Motion: (Fredrick, Tietz) to approve Planning Committee Member per diems as follows: Mary Welles 5 and Wendell Kuehl 4. Carried on voice vote. Board Member Reports: Schoenike reported that there are issues with the Treasurer’s laptop computer. He will take care of getting the emergency repairs done ASAP. Recess to Christmas Party: at 7:15 pm. No official action was taken during this time. Reconvene Meeting: The meeting was reconvened at 11:30 pm. Budget Transfers: MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): To adopt Resolution L-11-R: Transfer of funds in the 2011 budget. Carried on voice vote. Additional Monthly Bills: Additional bills for the month were reviewed. MOTION (Fredrick, Wilson) to pay bills, including already approved per diems and officer expense reports, in the amount of $55,436.62. Carried on voice vote. Future Agenda Items: No additional.
