Land Divisions

Landowners in the Town of Lebanon who wish to divide their land into two or more parcels are required to obtain a land division request form the Town of Lebanon prior to seeking approval from Dodge County.  To obtain the form and set an appointment contact the Land Division Officer, David Gettelman Sr. at 920-925-3135.  A sketch of the land to be divided and other relevant information will be forwarded to the Lebanon Planning Committee who will schedule a meeting with the owner.  Following this meeting the land division request form will be forwarded to the Lebanon Town Board for its approval.  If the division is approved at this level, the town will collect administrative fees and the park improvement fee.  The land division officer will also explain the next procedure at the county level.  In the event that the division is not approved at the town board level, the request does not proceed to the county.  A second request to divide the same parcel of land along the same lines cannot be resubmitted until at least a year has elapsed from the first request.
