LEBANON TOWN BOARD MEETING LEBANON TOWN OFFICES WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 13 – 7:00 PM and THURSDAY OCTOBER 14, 2010 - 7:00 PM AGENDA 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Verification of the posting of meeting notices. 4. Public Comment. 5. Preview Agenda. 6. Dispense with the Minutes and Treasurer’s report. 7. Discussion and possible decision on an application for a Temporary Class “B” (picnic beer) License for Lebanon Lions Club on October 16, 2010 at N2025 County Road R – Lebanon Firemen’s Park dining hall and kitchen areas – Section 8 T9N R16E, Lohny Fredrick, agent. 8. Receive budget proposals and related information from: a. Lebanon Fire Department b. Lebanon EMS c. Lebanon Historical Society d. Lebanon Band e. Emmet-Lebanon Police Department f. Town of Lebanon Planning Committee g. Town of Lebanon Park Committee h. Town of Lebanon Highway Department i. Town of Lebanon Salary Review Committee 9. Resolution L-10-H: Budget Transfers in the 2010 budget. 10. Discussion and possible decision on purchase of new computer for the Treasurer. 11. Discussion and possible decision on putting any delinquent bills on the 2010 tax roll. 12. Review and approval of bills. 13. Discussion and work on setting the 2011 proposed Town Budget. 14.
