5.	Dispense with the Minutes and Treasurer’s Report.
6.	Discussion and possible decision on Minor Land Division Letter of
Intent #072111 to divide a portion of tax parcel #026-0916-0643-000
lying west of County Road EM in the SW ¼  SE ¼ Section 6
from the total 217 acres owned by Grosenick Farms Inc. (Dallas
Grosenick).
7.	Discussion and decision on July 7th agenda item #11 laid over
regarding amendment to Lebanon Volunteer Fire Dept. Retail Class B
combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and intoxicating
liquors. 
8.	Discussion and possible decision on the adoption of Resolution
L-11-K:  Sale of Fermented Malt Beverages by Town Employees in Town
Parks.
9.	Discussion on completion of CDBG – Monroe Road project and payment
to Town of Ashippun.
10.	Review and approval of bills for payment.
11.	Board Member Reports.
12.	Future Agenda Items.
13.	Adjournment.
