4. Preview agenda, communications, petitions, delegations, public
input.
5. Approval of the Minutes for the December Board meetings and the
Public Hearing.
6. Treasurer’s Report and acceptance of Report.
7. Police Report.
8. Land Division Officer’s Report.
9. Highway Superintendent’s Report.
10. Discussion of cell phone tower proposal for Lebanon Firemen’s
Park.
11. Discussion of and possible approval of Resolution L-10-A for the
construction or repair
of a bridge or culvert and A Petition for county aid in construction
or repair of
a bridge or culvert.
12. Appointed election officials take oath of office.
13. Park Committee Report.
14. Review and approval of Bills for payment.
15. Board member reports and any future agenda items.
16. Adjournment.
