ADDITIONAL TOWN BOARD MEETING LEBANON TOWN OFFICES WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2010 3:00 P.M. AGENDA 1. Call to order by the Chairman. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Verification of the posting of Meeting Notices. 4. Preview agenda, communications, petitions, delegations, public input. 5. Dispense with the minutes and Treasurer’s report. 6. Review and approve per diem and expense reimbursement reports. 7. Recess to Annual Inspection of Town Roads by Town Board and Highway Superintendent. No official action will be taken during this time. 8. Reconvene at 7:00 P.M. in the Lebanon Town Offices. 9. Opening of sealed Highway Bids. 10. Report results of annual road inspection. 11. Approve contracts for road work 12. Approve Temporary Class “B” Picnic License for Lebanon Fire Dept. on May 2, 2010. 13. Approval of Operator’s License for Michele Masullo. 14. Discussion on proposed “Outdoor and Refuse Burning Ordinance.” 15. Approval of revised “Operator’s License Application Form.” 16. Annual Weed Notice and appoint Weed Commissioner. 17.
