5. Approval of the Minutes for the October & November meetings.
6. Treasurer’s Report and acceptance of Report.
7. Police Report.
8. Planning issues which will include, but may not be limited to the
following:
a. Land Division Officer’s report and any other matters referred by
Dodge Co.
9. Highway Superintendent’s Report.
10. Resolution L-07-L Pipeline Bond Issue.
11. Discussion on Sidewalk Resolution L-07-M.
12. License approval.
13. Discussion on updating land division Fees.
14. Review and approval of Bills.
15. Park Committee report.
16. Board set second meeting for December.
17. Board member reports, any business and future agenda items.
17. Adjournment.
